Hooter's fell behind quickly in the first period, when on the opening face-off Mooseknuckles forward Joseph Spisak took the puck splitting the Hooter's defense and scored only 7 seconds into the game. It did not get any easier as the game went on.

Eventually Hooter's as a team pulled it together and the first period ended with the Mooseknuckles leading 4-3. Each team added a goal in the second period giving the Mooseknuckles a 5-4 advantage. Hooter's finally put it all together in the 3rd period scoring 3 unanswered goals giving them the 7-5 victory.

Really don't know what it is about the Mooseknuckles they always give Hooter's a run for their money every time they play each other. It is hard to figure out why the Mooseknuckles win loss record is what it is, because it in no way indicates how good of a team they really are.

Hooter's next game will be Sunday, March 14th at 9:00pm against division rivals the Blade Runners at Sharks Ice Center Rink.
